Before reaching out for assistance, it's advisable to internally verify whether a coworker is indeed responsible for managing users and can grant you access.
Note: If you require Admin access, an invite email will be sent to you directly from the Accutics team.
Feel free to share these instructions with the relevant coworker - Inviting a user to Accutics:
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Users'
- Click the 'Invite users' button > Fill in the User invite form > 'Invite'
That's it. An invite email should promptly land in your inbox.
Note: Haven't received any email? Make sure to check your spam folder or ask for the email to be resent (see section below).

If your previous invite link expired, you can request another one to be sent. Simply reach out to the coworker who first invited you and ask them to resend an invite to you.
You can provide your coworker with the following instructions - Resending an invite email:
- Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Users' > 'Invited users'
- Locate the user that needs the invite > Click the more menu (...) that appears on hover > 'Resend invite'
That's it. You should have received another email containing a valid link.
Note: Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received anything.
Inviting Multiple Users
If you need to invite numerous users at the same time you can use the Invite multiple option.
From the user table click the Invite multiple button which is above the user table. This will open up a new pane where you can either use the bulk invite table or you can download a template to fill in with the user information and then upload the completed template.
Once all details are filled in, you can then upload and invite the users at the same time.
