In the past weeks, our focus has been on making the record creation in Accutics Standardize more collaborative. Now, you can share your drafts with specific project members and add comments to facilitate communication.

Additionally, in Accutics Validate, we've extended the functionality to validate name sets against existing project taxonomies to more sources.

Accutics Standardize

New

As part of our commitment to improve collaboration and provide you with more control over your data, we're introducing the ability to share drafts and add comments to them.

Sharing drafts with specific project members

Now, drafts can be easily shared with other project members, giving you control over who can access and collaborate on them.

Whether you're working on a new record or existing drafts, you can share your progress easily. Here's how:

  1. Access the sharing feature
  • From the Create form or Bulk create table, click the share icon or 'Save and share' when saving a draft
  • From the Drafts table, click the more menu (...) > 'Share'

  1. Add project members to share with

Grant access to other project members by adding them to the draft.

  1. Define access level

Choose the level of access for the added users, ranging from viewing to editing and submitting.

  1. Send notification (optional)

Notify the users about their access to the draft by sending an email notification to them.

  1. Share

If notified, users will receive an email with a link to the shared draft.

All drafts you created and those shared with you can be found on the Drafts page.

Note on access
Accessing drafts requires proper permissions. Make sure your team members have the necessary access, as drafts inherit the user attributes of the draft's author. In other words, they should belong to a compatible access group or have no restrictions.

Adding comments to Drafts

Collaboration when creating records is now facilitated by the ability to leave comments.

To access comments:

  • From the Create form or Bulk create table, click the 'Comments' button
  • From the Drafts table, click the 'Add' button under the 'Comments' column

Now, a panel will open where you can write and post comments.

Accutics Validate

'Use project taxonomy' available for LinkedIn, SA360, and Adform

We have broadened the ability to validate name sets against existing taxonomies in Accutics Standardize to include more sources.

Now, when configuring a naming validation rule, you can use the 'Use project taxonomy' feature for the LinkedIn, Google Search Ads 360, and Adform sources as well.
