Accutics Standardize
New
Export settings in Data Connectors
We introduced a few advanced settings to the Connector's setup. They allow you to better define what campaigns to include/exclude in the exports.
`Exported´ status filters
Now you can include/exclude campaigns that have previously already been exported. Simply select or deselect the `Exported´ checkbox.
Use case: when you want to avoid duplicate data being sent to your third-party tool, e.g., warehouse.
Custom date range
Now you can override the default date range that is inherited from the interval settings in the Connectors setup.
Use case: when you need to extend the date range to include older campaigns.
Indeed, the runs automatically export only newly created campaigns based on the frequency you set. To change this, you'll need to set up a custom date range.
Default date range
If you set a daily interval at 8 am, it means that each export only includes campaigns created in a 24 hours interval - between 8 am of the previous day and 8 am of the day after, when the Connector runs.
Custom date range
A custom date range overrides the default one. This could be a relative date range, e.g., including campaigns from 2, 10, or 30 days before the run, or an absolute date range, e.g, YTD, from Jan 1 of the current year.
Interval: Weekly, on Mondays at 8 am.
Default range: 7 days - between 8 am of the previous Monday to 8 am of the Monday after.
Custom settings: Start from 14 days (ago).
Custom range: 14 days - between 8 am of two Mondays prior (week 1) to 8 am of two Mondays after (week 3).
Please note that the dates are relative to the export run and not to the date you set the Connector up.
Advanced conditional filters
Now you can also set up advanced requirements that need to be fulfilled for campaigns to be included. This is built on a conditional module.

To define an advanced condition:
- Choose the scope of the condition
Define whether ALL or if just ANY condition must be met
- Select the parameter to be evaluated
- Define the comparison operator
- Provide a value
Duplicating a Connector
You can now duplicate existing Connectors.
Click on the meatball menu (...) of a Connector > `Duplicate´
This will create a copy of the Connector and open its setup page.
Using User Attributes and Variables in Data Schemas
It is now possible to add both User Attributes and Variables to Data Schemas.
Reorder rows in Data Schemas
You can now reorder the field rows effortlessly by dragging and dropping.
Cmd-click shortcut to duplicate/delete rows in Bulk Template
Mac: Command-click
Windows: Control-click
This is a keyboard shortcut that lets you duplicate/delete the selected campaigns more easily.
- Select the campaigns you want to duplicate/delete
- Press and hold the modifier key (cmd for Mac and ctrl for Windows) and right-click
- Release both
- Select the action to be performed
Fixed
Issue with changing user roles
An error message was displayed when trying to edit a user role. This was fixed and it is now possible to change roles for a user.
Issue with user attributes being remembered across companies
User attributes would appear in the user invite form for all companies. This was fixed to work as intended - user attributes are now company-specific.
Accutics Validate
New
`Use project taxonomy` in naming validation rules
We introduced a `Use project Taxonomy´ feature for naming validation rules. This allows you to retrieve and use naming conventions from Accutics Standardize's projects.
Indeed, when configuring a naming validation rule in Accutics Validate, you can now add an Accutics Standardize project and then, select the Output corresponding to a specific naming convention as validation.
The validation would now validate the naming from your media platform against the naming conventions you set as part of your taxonomy in Accutics Standardize. Without this feature, you would have needed to define naming conventions manually - often, through complex Regex.
Currently available for Meta and Google Ads sources.
You can also add multiple outputs for a single validation rule.
Use case: When you use different Accutics Standardize projects for each market but one global Accutics Validate project
Improvements
Validation rules sorted by name in the editing view
The order of the validation rules on the side panel has been reviewed and adjusted - the validation rules are now sorted by name.
